I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not quite recognise yourself. To feel tired, self-conscious, and disconnected from the strong, confident woman you once were. But here’s what I’ve learned – our bodies don’t need to ‘bounce back’… they need to be celebrated, nourished, and strengthened.Â
